Founded by Dr Ciaran Deely
Ciaran brings together experience as a Wexford inter-county player, former manager of the London senior Gaelic football team, and coach and sport scientist in professional football.
His work has included QPR and Kerala Blasters, alongside a PhD focused on elite youth football training and player responses. DSS connects that coaching and performance experience with the everyday challenges of developing players and teams.
Learn
Build your understanding through coaching videos, webinars, workshops, courses and reflections from experienced practitioners.
Adapt
Shape the ideas around your players, their stage of development, your facilities and the purpose of each session.
Perform
Connect technical, tactical, physical and psycho-social development so that practice supports the demands of the game.
